I'd tell you, but then I'd have to kill you. It does not come from a hotel, a magazine, or a car like most people seem to think.

I find nuns very amusing, and I think they're especially funny when they run, hence the name.

I think I'm going to have to put a new field in my profile, entitled "What my nick means".

I'm in PR. We're sometimes called "spin doctors". Hence my nick.

First off, it wasn't that long ago that this was done.

I like to read. I read the book when I was 15 and made it my Prodigy (or P*) chat name. Now that I'm 24 emulating a 16 yr old protagonist isn't quite as cool, but I've had the name for too long.

2004-01-15 03:16:49 PM
spin_doc I always thought you liked that rock band from the early 90s.

Spin_doc Glad those weren't "fighing words" as stated above, or I would have had a Pocket Full of Kryptonite for you.

2004-01-15 03:40:13 PM
Mine is the word, "slainte" (which is Gaelic toast meaning 'good health') surrounded by my initials.

Or, as someone once asked me, it could mean: DSL ain't ec.

2004-01-15 03:40:45 PM
My last name, ya biatches

2004-01-15 03:41:03 PM
I lived in Panama and run. So I wanted to be "El Corredor" (The Runner), but it was taken. And I like hallways, so I figured a slight modification wouldn't hurt anyone.

2004-01-15 03:41:43 PM
My other screen name was already taken...

2004-01-15 03:42:45 PM

2004-01-15 03:46:26 PM
When I first connected to the net and got a hotmail account I couldn't figure out what my nick should be. All the names I could think of sucked hence LOABN - Lack Of A Better Name.

Mine's really obvious. You just gotta break it down:
gamp: a large umbrella
layer: 'cause I got layers, like an onion
and x: X as in X-treme. Yeah, I'm X-treme, baby.

2004-01-15 04:07:28 PM
Spin-off of my name. Growing up I had some people call me Doug E Fresh. Since I'm so hip hop fresh fantastic, I "Snoopnitized" it and came up with DougEFersheezy. Since I'm a white-boy, I didn't even "Snoopnitize" it correctly.

2004-01-15 04:07:54 PM
It's my name in Spanish. Then translated into Mongolian. Then translated into Norwegian. Then back to Spanish.

2004-01-15 04:07:56 PM

(Did the long version a few weeks ago)

2004-01-15 04:10:08 PM
It's the name I use when gaming. We use TeamSpeak when playing and once in a while we had youngsters on with us. We didn't really like swearing too much so people started saying, "Where is that fookin sniper?" and such. I liked it and kept it. That's my story and I'm stickin to it.

Somewhat derived from my real name, sort of inverted, and turned around, nearly an anagram, but not quite.

2004-01-15 04:15:22 PM

It stands for

the
prettiest
girl
of
all
time, which I do not believe myself to be. My favorite book is Infinite Jest by David Foster Wallace and there is a charcter in it that the two main characters call the pgoat because, well because she's a hottie.

I'm a capricorn and they're goats, yo!

2004-01-15 04:36:17 PM
