But I'm already sexy. Sorry you're not sexy.

I used to work for a guy whose business partner always came to work with pancake, rouge, and a manicure.

He was one of the biggest assholes I have ever known.

I do, on rare occasions, wear make up.

Derma blend to cover up a black eye or busted lip. It's unprofessional looking to have a black eye or visible facial injuries, so I cover them up.

Whatever, Gaylord.

I know my vision is pretty much Mister Magoo-level but I genuinely cannot tell the difference between the before and after pics.

Women shouldn't even wear makeup.

The parts where he talks about how much he likes wearing makeup: Okay man, whatever gets your rocks off.

The parts where he's all like "you should be doing this, because the society in my mind expects you to": F*ck off and die.

2013-09-20 04:28:56 PM
I saw no difference.

We do already. It's called facial hair.

I never said gay men are not real men.

Straight men should not wear makeup.

We've been through this before here on fark. And as many pointed out then, some of them looks better without makeup than with makeup.

I'm at best indifferent to men who wear makeup. It doesn't really affect me, so I don't care. Do whatever.

I could never do it myself though. I prefer the hobo/mountain man look. Unkempt beard and long hair. I'm not trying to impress anybody. And if I groomed I might run the risk of someone mistaking me for a responsible member of society.

I can't tell a difference either. None at all.

I don't shave most days. fark that.

2013-09-20 04:35:18 PM
Also, my wife doesn't wear makeup either, so let's not get into patriarchal expectations and shiat.

When my co-worker Craig shows up in makeup we are expected to address her as Heather.

Also couldn't tell the difference.

Should have started with those nasty eyebrows instead.

I prefer the extra hour-and-a-half sleep I get in the mornings by being able to leave the house without it.

Both pics are not very good. Pic number two looks especially compressed, and both are not quite in focus.

REAL MEN ARE IN FOCUS WITH AN UNSHARPEN MASK

No, they shouldn't.
Not gay men, not straight men, not any men in the spectrum in between.

Unless you are on a stage, TV set, or movie set,.

Same here.  It might have helped if the photos had been taken under the same lighting conditions with the same pose.

Heh, whatever floats your boat, girlyman.

//facial hair for the win.

FTFA: Over the next hour and a half, Hill put me through a series of makeup sessions...  There are very few differences between this picture and the one above...

It's almost like you completely wasted your time for nothing

Makeup is for people living in denial. Want skin to stay and look healthy? Soap, water, and moisturizer.

Also, money wasted on things such as makeup goes better invested into a gym membership and better clothing.

2013-09-20 04:42:27 PM
When your name is Manjoo, you may as well go there.

2013-09-20 04:42:46 PM
Farhead, I think the makeup is the cover the skin blemishes on your face, and not for any other areas of your body that need touching up.  If the sores are still open and oozing pus, you might want to get an antibiotic like a penicillin variant, or an antiviral like Valtrex.

I wear makeup sometimes. I have a tacklebox full of it.

Most of those pictures look the same except for the freaky amounts of eyeshadow. And that isn't a good look.

Well it was once fasionible for men to wear makeup and lace and pantyhose. Of course it was also fasionable to burn witches
