I've seen people snore when they get knocked out. This has more to do with his physiology than his lack of fearing death.

Meaning:

In the United States, it can mean the wearer has killed someone.[3] The number of teardrops may indicate the number of years spent in prison, or the number of times the wearer was raped.[1] It may also indicate the loss of a loved one or fellow gang member.[1]
In at least one prison (Oaxaca State), it indicates that the wearer was raped in prison.[4]

Sodium pentobarbital is the active ingredient in veterinary euthanasia solution too, this dude really did get put to sleep.  Sucks it took 26 minutes, the chair was faster.

Yeah. Because the "thug" is the unarmed dead kid. Not the armed killer.

Some states allow the condemned a choice.  Washington State still offers hanging as an alternative.  I think getting blowed up good might make some people wonder if the right person got exploded.  You gotta retain 51% of the carcass or you don't get credit (I think).

That man went out a lot easier than most of the people in the regular world will get to. The problem is making sure that the guilty ARE guilty. One innocent man is too much.

Sodium Pentobarb is exactly like falling asleep. You just don't wake up in those massive doses, and in the doses typically used for euthanasia and execution, it causes massive circulatory collapse and hypotension.

When they execute someone, instead of that cocktail of drugs, why not give them an IV of a grain alcohol solution?  They feel relaxed, fall asleep, pass away quietly and without discomfort, it's much simpler, cheaper and if they want to be an organ donor, they can because their organs aren't ruined.
