I also find the flavour of dill disgusting. To each their own.In our family, its kind of a badge of honour to be able to cook anything on the bbq. My dad is the king of it. He once cooked spring rolls on the bbq. If he could have figured out a way to keep the rice from falling through the cracks, he would have done that, too.As for my scallops - they are pan-seared (in butter, white wine, with cayenne and cracked pepper) before lovingly placed on my mushroom risotto (or, last night's dinner).Now I'm hungry.
