"It's not hard to identify who they were. We've got 170 tweets. We have 200 to 220 names already confirmed today. I'm going to go online right now - I guarantee I'll have 10 more names of people who are sharing who was there, what they did. And that data is all going to the sheriffs," Holloway said.

I'd love to be the judge and have the kid whose "Parents dont' give a f**k what her does" in court, in front of me, with their child.
So I could explain why all of them are going to do time, at the same time.
Period.

He seems to be nice about it asking them to come help clean their mess. But looking at the tweets walker posted about it a few of those dbags need to do some community service at the least.

It's like those morons in Florida who videotaped themselves trashing a house then passed the tape around.  This is why we call you dumb teenagers and roll our eyes whenever you utter the phrase "We'll never get caught".

I remember back when I was a teen in the 90s there were these housing developments getting trashed. This group of kids got busted for having some pot on them so while the cops are going through their backpacks they find a video of them smashing the homes that had been trashed. The video of that was all over local news for weeks, just made you shake yoru head and facepalm. But today it's even easier with FB, twitter and instagram.

Moral of this story: if you do something stupid and share it on the Internet, don't think you're going to get away with that stupid stunt. Once something is posted online, you lose all control over it.

Ladies and gentlemen, I'll be brief. The issue here is not whether we broke a few windows, or took a few liberties with our teenage female party guests - we did.

But you can't hold a social network responsible for the behavior of a few, sick twisted individuals. For if you do, then shouldn't we blame all of the social network sites? And if all of the sites are guilty, then isn't this an indictment of the internet in general? I put it to you, Brian Holloway - isn't this an indictment of our entire American society? Well, you can do whatever you want to us, but we're not going to sit here and listen to you badmouth the United States of America. Gentlemen!

He saw the whole thing unfold live on Twitter - and now he's using the teens' own posts to reveal their identities and to try to set them on a better path.

What is he going to do move them out of Albany?

You know, I can understand picking a swank unattended home to have a party.  I'd never do it and if I was on a jury I'd never convict anyone who murdered the people at the party, but at least I can understand it.

What I can never understand is going out of your way to trash the place.

2013-09-19 01:17:07 PM
While I find it commendable that he wants to give them all a motivational speech, I propose this alternative:  Taser all of them in their genitalia and stream it live over YouTube and be done with it.

It's kinda a rule of thumb.  When you're partying where you shouldn't be you really should leave it better than you found it.  Well, that's at least how we felt when one of our peer's parents were gone for a weekend.

Having lived in Albany I've been through stephentown. It is a little Podunk town with a stop light and not much to do there. Albany is the big city in the area and it is an hour away. Bored rural farm kids with cars and cells phones. That will be trouble.
