But what about H2O over dihydrogen monoxide?

I don't see what the problem is. H2O is a dangerous chemical and should be handled with care, particularly in large quantities. Water is cool and refreshing. Or warm and soothing.

No, it's an  homage.

I watched about two minute of Neil Cavuto yesterday, and in an interview about millenial job prospects he managed to blame both Obamacare and government-backed mortgage lenders for their lack of desire in owning homes. It's not surprising that retards believe this stuff. It's all they hear all day long.

I have an uncle like this. He'll crow about "Obamacare", but when you spell it out for him he says "oh, that's actually pretty good.". Then he goes back to crowing about Obamacare.

dinch: I have an uncle like this. He'll crow about "Obamacare", but when you spell it out for him he says "oh, that's actually pretty good.". Then he goes back to crowing about Obamacare.

The problem is that people have been conditioned to an emotional response when they hear some terms. The emotional response overrides reason so even though they may absolutely love everything in the box, when you label the box with one of their key words they hate the box and, by extension, everything in it. It happens on both sides of the political fence* but the Republicans have turned into a science. They've got a section of the public locked in an information feedback loop which does nothing but reinforce the desired visceral reactions.

Headquartered outside the nation's capital in Alexandria, Virginia, NCMEC was created in 1984 as a private, nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization to provide services for families and professionals in the prevention of abducted, endangered, and sexually exploited children. NCMEC is mandated by Congress and works in cooperation with the U.S. Department of Justice's Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention.
NCMEC is the only organization operating a 24-hour, toll-free Hotline for the recovery of missing children in cooperation with the U.S. Department of Justice. Is is also the only organization operating a 24-hour child pornography tipline (www.CyberTipline.com) in cooperation with the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement and the U.S. Postal Inspection Service.

^shiat I didn't know.  Now that i do know, I say why can't the Department of Justice or FBI handle cases that cross state borders?  I do like the "prevention" claim.
