I remembered tat video differently. Then I realized I was remembering the Mr. Rogers version where he provided a voice over as to what was happening.

In most cases, we're not helicopter parents who are afraid our little snowflakes will be kidnapped. We're actually afraid of other parents reporting us for child neglect and having our snowflakes taken away by CPS.
