It's they'd have just studied the bible, god wouldn't have had to go all book of Job on them.  Now remember to thank god for all that he's given you, Japan, then he'll move his destruction into Indonesia.

Maybe they'll think twice before invading Pearl Harbor again. God fancies the US, Hawaii in particular.

God had nothing to do with the radiation. Human incompetency did that.

Oh boy, another thread where we pretend God caused the global instability we'll experience in increasing frequency over the next 40 years.

If I were god, i wouldn't be talking to us either, all the shiat he gets blamed for.

Tokyo is also WELL overdue for an eathquake that could litterally smash it to the ground.  Those poor people are really living on a knife edge.

For scale, the headline should read: giant earthquakes, devastating tsunamis, .*, and a powerful typhoon.

/* had to use a period, as the scale of damage of the radiation in comparison to the others could be written in paragraph length and not use up the same space

This typhoon has been a chance for people to pitch in together and help each other out. I can't wait for the story about how people camping in front of the Ginza Apple Store waiting for the release of the new iPhone 5s were taken inside the store and given shelter during the storm. Some have called it 'the beneficent hand of God'.

Hey sparky, the tsunami damage were started to be cleaned up as fast as the water recessed. The nuclear accident full extend is not even known yet, 2 years after and can turn to a deeper shiat at any given moment.
I know, nukular dunce apologist are trying to have the last word since the 14 of march 2011 by claiming that there was not a single death... Forgetting in the process that for most of the population the consequence won't be seen before 10 to 20 years. But these days, even the biggest nukular spunk dumpsters start to understand they'd better stfu if they want to keep a minimum of credibility...

You're one of those who think the longer the half-life, the more dangerously radioactive something is, aren't you? You have the distinct air of arrogant ignorance all over your post.
The tsunami did far more damage, that has had and will have a far greater impact on the Japanese, than the reactor has or will.

Since the 1950's, every earthquake Japan has had totals up to roughly half the death toll of the 2011 tsunami. They have had far worse earthquakes before then, but for most of the modern age casualties have been greatly reduced from earthquakes.

Total death toll from Fukushima: 0.

The typhoon was reaaaaally not that bad. Not really even worth a news article.

I wouldn't call it a "lashing". We were back at work same day, trains on time, taxis running, no issues.

Silly media.
