More rain coming this evening. Had to take a detour to work today since Sutherland creek is currently using Manitou Avenue as it's new creekbed.

Did he tell her he was doing a driveway on the next block and had half a truck of asphalt left and could cut her a good deal on a new one?

Aww, just a little slumping. Driving up Ute Pass today I counted at least 5 landslides of various size, and a few gullies where decomposed granite used to accumulate are now cleared out and a good 6-8 feet deeper.

/loves some mass wasting when people aren't getting squished by it.

Agreed on the little slumping, it's just where that little slumping is located. A house on 4th (right below the left slide) was buried. Could of been a hell of a lot worse.
