I'd argue that every state has its share of weird, and if it were reported like Florida's were, you'd start to see the same selective bias that goes into believing florida's this bad.

That being said, Florida's pretty bad. Perfect storm of southern crooked political antics, retiree fun, large population, and swamps.

You're forgetting the heat stroke, the mosquitoes that can carry off small children and Volvos, *flying* cockroaches of unusual size, and the annual winter-long visit from the Canadian National Sunburn Team And Stunt-Driving Extravaganza.
