Well, if he can't perform as expected he should be put to sleep, choked, electrocuted, drowned, beaten, starved...something. I mean what good is he? He ain't making me any money.

Oh...it's a different Vick. Nevermind. We're good.

Initially I just heard "Ballard" and thought it was Jake Ballard. And for some reason I had him confused with whatever great tight end Indianapolis used to have.

IT'S FUNNY BECAUSE HE HAS THE SAME NAME AS STARTING QUARTERBACK MICHAEL VICK

I'll always like ballard because of the inverted superman touchdown.

So you're saying he wasn't a part of any of it?

If he isn't sitting on a rapidly rotating cactus, it isn't good enough. Vick (the dog fighter) is a douche, there is no escape from that.

He is quite a dumbass.
He plead guilty because they brought him up on racketeering because he owned the properties but I dont think he was the head honcho. Also two years in Leavenworth is a long time considering you can stand your ground and go home the same day in many states.

In fantasy football news, if you're in a league with 10 or more teams... pick up Donald Brown

Since Donald Brown won't be the starter now (Bradshaw will be), that is a silly move.

Join some deeper leagues guys

I can't even fathom playing in a league anymore where the #2 guy who gets a 30-40% share of snaps behind an injury-prone starter isn't already stashed on someone's team.

He was snapped up within an hour of the Ballard injury in my league

I'm torn on deep vs. shallow leagues.  On the one hand, where's the fun in scraping the bottom of the barrel for 32 yards of offense and no TDs for your flex spot? On the other, it doesn't take any skill, research, foresight, etc to plug in Rodgers, Peterson, McCoy, C. Johnson, Marshall, Graham, into your lineup.

My league is a good mix. 10 teams, mostly standard but with a flex te/wr/rb, a defensive starter, and dumped up defense stats, so your DEF may score as much as a QB and your defensive players as much as an RB. Some of your choices are obvious, but it adds a bit more dimension to things.

zerkalo: And yet I still start Steven Ridley. Pats fans know my pain. Rats know when to leave.

Preach it. Last week all 4 RBs on my roster combined for 14 points, with my 2 starters (Ridley and Montee Ball) getting 5. My lowest scoring WR got 18.
