After dispersal and clean up there is still going to be a gap in the number of prey available which could make a hungry shark take a bite out of a swimmer just out of desperation. Normally we are avoided because apparently we taste like dog shiat to a shark.

Now all you need is about 4 acres of ginger root, 2 1/2 acres of garlic, one of those oil storage silos full of Kikkoman low-sodium shoyu (the salt water probably will make it salty enough) and your shark crisis would become an opportunity.
