Obviously that is supposed to be a symbol of some form carved into his hairline, but I can't make out what it is supposed to be.

Maud Dib: 'Nuther responsible gun owner.

No, he's not responsible. Therefore this story has no relevance to any gun discussion.

Everyone knows *real* gun owners always calmly and always within the law.

I am informed repeatedly that most firearm owners are "responsible", yet I observe so many of these news articles, while I never observe any news articles relating stories of actual responsible firearm owners not causing any harm.

There are dozens of stories every.decade about responsible gun owners fooling crimes, and by dozens I mean exactly 12

I've never seen a single article about safe drivers, so I'm forced to conclude everyone who gets behind the wheel is in at least one accident.

I've been informed that people drink alcohol without getting into trouble, but the only news stories I hear are about people who drink and cause problems, so responsible drinkers must not exist.

responsible gun owners being.. responsible, don't make headlines. flailing asshats, being asshats, make headlines weather a gun was involed in the asshattery or not.

Know what else you don't see?
News stories about all those "negligent discharges" that happen behind closed doors and don't hit anyone.

The only discharges gun nuts care about are the ones in their pants when they fantasize about going all Dirty Harry on someone.

He's just spreading freedom and responsibility around in traffic. I don't know what you gun-grabber librobama Stalin worshippers are whining about. Why do you hate the constitution?

/ the above would be satire if it weren't an accurate representation of 90% of gun "advocates"

It's amazing that you (or anyone else) can still get hits from this.

7/10 for sheer staying power.

Just an ass hairs width away from a Markelys law violation.
About the same distance between your brain and "potato".

It was. From 1861 to 1865. Not really sure why we changed that.
