Based on the last e-cig thread (I think it went to Geek tab), I went out and bought one to try and shake off my horrible dipping habit.

I used to buy a can a day. I've only bought one can since I got the e-cig. This little farker is great. I still have the occasional pinch (maybe 2 a day), but NOTHING like what I was previously doing.

So thanks to all the farkers that recommended them. Y'all saved my gums (and my wallet) a lot of pain!

FTFA: People smoking electronic cigarettes will be subject to the same restrictions as those who use regular cigarettes.

So you can still use them then, because you don't farking smoke them. There's no smoke. It's vapor.

Keep with it and just shift your addiction over to it. It took me a couple of months of vaping and gradually cutting down on smoking, once I got a setup that worked for me. After a couple weeks of one smoke per day, I just quit. That was over nine months ago and I haven't even wanted one since.

I have the same setup, except I always carry two T2's loaded with different flavors (keeps me from getting vaper's tongue). One of my batteries is an eGo twist and one is an eGo fixed voltage, but I'll probably be ordering another twist this weekend. And of course, always Mt. Baker for the juice.

I haven't tried Hawk Sauce. I just headed over there and red the description. Sounds interesting. I may try it if I get tired of my two current flavors.

I received my order of 50ml of candy cane and 2 50ml bottles of a 70/30 Madagascar vanilla/black licorice blend from them last week. The vanilla gunks up in the coil pretty badly, but a quick dry burn takes care of it.

So I'm set for a few months.

Thanks for the tip, I've been buying the Chinese made DeKang juice from a local place because it's all that I could find that's 100% PG.  It looks like the Mt Baker people will do any flavor in 100% PG, so I'll have to give them a try, the prices aren't too bad either.

Great way to cut jobs, reduce the tax base, and give 18-21 year olds one less thing to do that is legal and relatively harmless.

The Hawk Sauce drought went on too long. I am down to about 7ml of Faux Hawk and the Hawk is coming into tomorrow. I didn't know what to do! They are the only flavors I like. But they got them back in stock just in time.

I'm pretty damn anti-smoking and have been for many years. I offer those I know a steak dinner if they can quit smoking for a month. I think that puts me soundly on the don't like smoking side of the camp. That being said, this banning of e-cigarettes like this is without any basis other than pure nanny state.

No problem. I've probably placed a dozen orders with them and it's always been a good experience. They will also give you 10% off if you use the coupon code: vaporfrombaker.

No, I don't work for them, I just like to promote good vendors.

Because anything that even resembles people enjoying themselves in public is not allowed.

Seriously, the anti-smokers won their campaign against traditional cigarettes and they still aren't satisfied. They have to ruin the day of people who actually found a safe (to those around them) alternative to the regular cigarettes.

It's not that Big Tobacco paid them off. It's that the companies behind vapor cigarettes didn't offer more.

I think some of that has to do with 'what now? syndrome'. MADD also suffers from it. When you belong to a crusade, especially one that solicits donations, it's awfully hard to give it up when you accomplish your stated goals. I'm not sure any activist organization ever has voluntarily disbanded after reaching their initial goal. They have to find new goals in order to stay in existence, or stay relevant. This also applies to individuals whose self-worth or identity is related to their causes.
