wtf?TFA: Bishop faces charges of burglary, theft, criminal mischief and flag desecration.SInce when is it a criminal offense to burn a flag?  Even Lionel Hutz should be able to get that horseshiat tossed out on First Amendment grounds in about 10 seconds flat.  I don't care what State this happened in, the Bill of Rights has primacy over any State law.Hell, if no one's challenged that law yet, I'd go burn one just to get the chance to prove the legal point and set a precedent.Whether you think it's a reprehensible thing to do or not, it's still everyone's perfectly legal right to burn a U.S. flag.

My "Um... hmmm... maybe I should cut down" moment came from an evening when the last thing I remember was watching bubbles go "gloo-gloo-gloo" up into a bottle of Captain Morgan's as I lay back drinking away. Then waking the next morning in a dog house, with said dog house's dog (which I had spray painted pink)(not the house... the dog), a traffic cone (because really, it's not a night out if you don't find yourself with a traffic cone), a pen from the motel around the corner, 4 vehicle hood ornaments, and no underpants. Oh, and a whopper of a hangover.

Of course, my friends were less than forthcoming about what had transpired, and would only giggle and whisper then wink knowingly.

I don't think it's my drinking so much as my, you know, being high strung.  I'm liable to throw down at the drop of a hat.  You know, you piss me off one way and go the other I put a shoe so far up your ass.  I get really pissed off fast.

Desecrating the flag.

Uh. How is this even a law? I thought that exhibition AND destruction of the American flag were both protected forms of speech.

Seriously thought with the pork burglary charge in the headline
That this was going to be a Daily Mail article about some wanker, being a yob, and absconding with some heavy stone gal
Then perpetrating some gobsmak against decent society
