SevenizGud: Uhm, maybe people would have more faith in it if it was able to SUSTAIN itself to its destination. Jus' sayin', a million bucks is a lot of fail.
SevenizGud: FTFA:showpiece of an ongoing nationwide tour to promote clean and sustainable energyUhm, maybe people would have more faith in it if it was able to SUSTAIN itself to its destination. Jus' sayin', a million bucks is a lot of fail.Fortunately, we have technology that actually works (cell phones and gasoline engines), or Neil would be eatin' southern man right now.
Cyclometh: I don't understand how that car is supposed to be impressive. I own a 2012 Volt that gets 45-50 electric miles and around 50 MPG when it's in gas mode (because it scavenges power from regenerative braking and so forth). It didn't cost a million dollars, and charges just as fast. The future of green vehicles isn't in different fuels for your ICE, it's in improving electrical storage tech. (supercapacitors, anyone?)
