(Orlando Sentinel)   Man calls 911 and falsely reports his roommate was threatening to shoot him with a machine gun. When the cops show up, he mocked them for getting pulled away from their doughnut break. Just another Monday in Florida   (orlandosentinel.com) divider line 11

"He demanded deputies come remove the roommate from the trailer."

Well that more or less sums it up. It explains the drunkenness, the recent release from prison, the bravado, the urination, the threats. Trailer & Florida when under 65 always, without fail, equals lunatic.

He would have been better off saying his room mate was threatening him with a shotgun or pistol; machine gun crimes have always been exceptionally uncommon. In fact, they're so rare that I've only heard of a couple being committed. One was a cop that murdered an informant in 1988, two years after the MG ban passed, and worthless since the ban doesn't apply to cops. Another MG homicide was in New Zealand, 1963.

Weren't the AKs used by those bank robbers wearing body armor in L.A. years back, that were filmed in the shootout with the cops, burst fire?

Yeah. And they were actually AK-47s too.
/Not to mention the Father-Son duo heartening the wing joint with AK-47s for messing up their order a few weeks ago.

I disagree with ya both, because I'm assuming the guy has mental issues.  But if he's not retarded, but rather just being a retard, then yes.

/offense meant to those who get all mental over the word retard.  This is Tuesday - time for Farkers to get our ahole swagger in full swing...

That doesn't sound like Matt "Guitar" Murphy.  However "Joliet Jake" Elwood is not available for comment.
