Prophet of Loss: In my 7th grade Science class the teacher asked, "What percentage of the world is covered in water?"

She called on Derrick. "Derrick, what percentage of the Earth do you think is covered in water?"

"100%", he replied.

Its funny what you remember some 25 years later ...

He's right, but it's a very thick layer of varying but extremely low density.
