You put a *greased naked woman* on all fours with a dog collar around her neck, and a leash, and a man's arm extended out up to here, holding onto the leash, and pushing a black glove in her face to sniff it. You don't find that offensive? You don't find that sexist?

If the woman gets off on it I would call it empowering.

No, subby, it doesn't. Now go make me a sammich.

Nothing more empowering than watching one woman wear another as a glove.

Some people enjoy being dominated. It's play. Not life. Offensive? Sure, to some. But, to others, it's just a carefree Friday night.

The number of rapes went down even after the prominence of internet pornography.

So porn's not making the situation worse.

I like the one where the people are having sex and seem to be enjoying themselves. Or, you know, smiling naked chicks.

I'm pretty sure that there's a difference between guys that watch feature film porn, guys that watch "college girls getting better grades" stuff, and guys that watch Max Hardcore, which is why you can't really use a general term "porn".

I'm pretty convinced having seen 10 minutes of one, that guys that watch Max Hardcore are already people who really don't like women.

Or maybe the women who were asking for it got off the streets because they found a job that paid them for their whorish behavior, ever think of that!?

I have watched what some would consider a lot of porn. I'm continually appalled at the realization that there must be a large market for porn that demeans or humiliates or physically hurts (usually face slapping that also humiliates) women. I hate what that says about humanity.

Same. I've watched too much stuff about micro-expressions to enjoy the ones where the women are in pain but 'smiling' through it anymore =/

Assholes remain assholes, I suspect. They could watch ten hours of videos of selfless nuns helping orphans and they'd still be assholes.

^This. I've been getting more into the so-called "glamcore" porn being produced by studios like X-Art. The women are generally better-looking and the videos don't leave you with that dirty used-up feeling after you watch them.

Came here to say pretty much this. I think the kind of porn a person regularly watches speaks more to who they already are as a person, not necessarily who they'll become as a result of watching it. Personally, I find myself gravitating to vintage (70's - 90's) and solo/lesbian stuff because the actresses look like they're actually enjoying themselves as opposed to most of the hetero crap that gets cranked out today where I feel like I'm watching a crime being committed. What's the appeal of all the gaping, gagging, salad tossing, hair pulling, choking, crying, name calling and otherwise degrading shiat going on in porn nowadays? Am I just a prude?

All of this 'violent kinky hard core' porn people think is new has been around for a loooooooong time.  It's just more accessible now.

I don't understand all the fascination with porn. You might see a picture of a pair of bodacious titties and say to yourself "those are some bodacious titties", but remember, it's just a million pixels. It's not like she's going to leap off the screen and give you a snog.

I've met some fellows who were absolutely obsessed with it.

Sometimes I wonder if I'm sexy enough. When I walk into a singles bar with my "fashionable" shirt, "fashionable" slacks, and a big new rubber manta-ray helmet, I can't help wondering: Do women want to talk to me for myself, or do they just want to get a feel of that nice rubber manta skin? - Jack Handey

The Mrs. Loves her some X-art.  They have found a great niche in simply showing sexy people doing "normal" sexy acts.
