Very nice.

I also enjoy seeing the constellations and sky looking 'wrong' for someone whom is used to seeing them from 33 to 45 degrees latitude in the northern hemisphere.

interesting.  it looks more like a photoshop of Mars but that's in the Andes?  do they make mints out of that?

I find the lack of scale disturbing.  How big are these things?  TFA says "several meters", but that isn't very descriptive.

Yeah, that really bugged me when I first saw it. I thought the whole thing was photoshopped. Then I remembered the Andes are in the southern hemisphere and all was right again.

I kept looking at the shadows thinking "Night?", so I went back and re-read the article and saw "Moon shadows." Moon shadow, Moon shadow.
