There really is no sane argument against legalization.  Our roads are already filled with stoners and we're still alive, because most of them are going slower than they normally would.  At this point if you want marijuana prohibition you should just admit you got tricked by propaganda from the 1930's to protect the timber industry and you're willing to empower drug cartels in Mexico in order to keep pretending you're not an idiot.
