That's what I like about the south.
Apologies to Phil Harris.

Pokey.Clyde: Anyone who wants to be a politician, has no business being one.

/just my humble opinion

Yours and Douglas Adams':

The major problem - one of the major problems, for there are several - one of the many major problems with governing people is that of whom you get to do it; or rather of who manages to get people to let them do it to them.

To summarize: it is a well known fact, that those people who most want to rule people are, ipso facto, those least suited to do it. To summarize the summary: anyone who is capable of getting themselves made President should on no account be allowed to do the job. To summarize the summary of the summary: people are a problem.

2chris2: This shows how stupid he is, because you just know that he created the website himself, without any help from web developers or anyone like that.  There's no possible way he would have had someone else design the website.  No, he just doesn't know how to spell "governor".  Ha!  What a big dummy.

Can't you just tell, by the way he runs his campaign, that he should run your state?

Gyrfalcon: SevenizGud: I bet he doesn't think there are 57 states, like Obama, the stupidest person on the planet.

You could at least TRY.

In his defense, 57 were stated. Once.  But you've got to give this one credit for having a good memory.  now if he could just tell me the air-speed velocity of an unladen swallow.

ReapTheChaos: Really? A typo is now a news worthy event?

Try applying for any job with a typo in your resume and watch how few responses you get. This guy is running for a job that he can't even spell the title of.

And obviously it was him, not the web designer, who made the typo right?

Munchkin City Coroner: Benevolent Misanthrope: Georgia.  What a great place to be from.

I bet those savages also end sentences with prepositions.

Probably true, but since it's his website and the fact he's running for chief executive of the state; he's responsible for the things done in his name. This happening means he either didn't review the site before it went live - which means he's irresponsible; or didn't notice it during that pre-launch review - which means he's dumb as shiat. Which of those qualities is preferable for someone in his current position or the one he seeks?

Where's the buck stop in that campaign? I realize he can't look after every little detail but it's his show.

Apik0r0s: GA, thanks to folks like Barge, is so farked up that when running for school superintendent, he campaigned AGAINST schools. It's like hiring a boat captain who promises to sink the boat. And the hateful hillbillies here voted for him, because he had an R by his name.

It was a knee-jerk repetition of Republican privatization rhetoric. As soon as someone pointed it out to him, he started campaigning FOR public schools - and he's been fighting for funding ever since. Youthful indiscretion.

hitlersbrain: I dunno, it seems like stupid is IN on the right wing. I mean Bush, Palin, Bachman, they are all very stupid people by any ones measure but they're heroes on the right. Misspellings would probably help your political career in places like Georgia.

Came for this. Why is it news that some intern web developer doesn't know how to spell governor?
