You probably wouldn't have problems with faulty bolts if you hadn't put those workers on methamphetamines.

Subby please do not speak bad about the Kiewit. After all, when all their bridges from the past couple of years fall down or sink, the politicians who got kickbacks will deny faulty construction, bad designs caused any of the deaths.

Crappy steel issues aside, why did they build it lower than the old one?  You know, the one that was barely tall enough for certain cargo, like cranes?

Hate to spoil it for you but the bolts that are in question were actually built in the Ohio, and it was the chemical compound of the bolts that is at the root of the problem.

Either way I will be taking the San Mateo Bridge or the Richmond Bridge from now on.  I know for sure that fate is waiting until I'm on that bridge to hit us with the big one.  There is no chance I am Final Destinationing it like that.

That got that covered. The new one is up hill a little bit so the water flows lower under the new bridge.

It looks like what they did with the Sunshine Skyway bridge.

Even with the crappy bolts I bet it will hold up for the next sharkocopter attack.
