Lando Lincoln: Welp. That truck is dead. Good job, idiot.
HairBolus: Old videos become new again if you steal them for LiveLeak.YouTube: Rock climbing fail - rockyspirit1 - 35,045 viewsUploaded on Sep 23, 2008Though that vid gives no information (who, location, etc.) so it too was likely stolen.
T.rex: Not really sure WHAT they were attempting to do... There was really no other possible outcome other than that.
UberDave: T.rex: Not really sure WHAT they were attempting to do... There was really no other possible outcome other than that.I think he could have made it if he had inched it over. It looks like he didn't know when his wheels came off and his spotters were pretty much worthless.
Endive Wombat: (I know, it's because they are idiots...)Why would you take your (barely) street legal, heavy ass car and attempt to do what you see "pros" do who have vehicles that MAY look like that, but cost over $100,000, are not street legal in the slightest, and that are specifically designed to do what you just attempted? So farking stupid and a massive waste of money.
HairBolus: so it too was likely stolen.
evilsofa: So we're 6 years back, can anyone find an older version? (Remember, Youtube only goes back to 2005.)
evilsofa: Isn't this the 20th anniversary of that video? I could swear I've been seeing it since the 1990s.I'll see your 2008 youtube link and raise you the June 14, 2007 youtube link with over a million views:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KN22Dn8Dqo8But wait... that was stolen from the June 7, 2007 liveleak link:http://www.liveleak.com/view?i=2f0_1181243765So we're 6 years back, can anyone find an older version? (Remember, Youtube only goes back to 2005.)
tonguedepressor: Do you make it a point to get a daily quota of people to call you out as the douche that you seriously are? Really, gtfo and don't come back.
HairBolus: tonguedepressor: Do you make it a point to get a daily quota of people to call you out as the douche that you seriously are? Really, gtfo and don't come back. There is a certain class of people who get enraged when I point out how old some videos are. They fill up a thread with a volume of ranting that may be 10 times what I post.I've been Fark tagging them "DumJock" because they appear not to want any explanation to interfere with what they like. After all, their opinion is just as good as anybody else's and actual facts are irrelevant. A DumJock response generally doesn't trim what he responds to, and writes a short barely literate comment that always disparages my masculinity. I imagine a DumJock after posting high-fiving himself because he showed himself that he is a true man.Not everyone I've tagged DumJock may actually be a jock, maybe they just want to bully like a jock. You don't give in to bullies. Maybe I will increase my postings that enrage DumJocks so that they will look more and more ridiculous in their frothing.

LoneVVolf: I do stuff like that on roughly a monthly basis, using a street legal vehicle that i have MAYBE $25k in. Counting the price of the vehicle. The answer you are looking for is "Because it's FUN!" Past a certain angle, traction isn't enough to get you up some obstacles; you need to carry some momentum into it. That guy stayed on the throttle HAIR too long right at the mid point. If he backed off just enough to let the front end start to settle, then gassed it again while the rear wheels were still loaded, he probably would have made it. People make mistakes and get hurt/lose property doing most active hobbies. Why take a perfectly nice bicycle off the pavement and bomb down the side of a mountain? Because it's more fun than circling the parking lot..
