Parthenogenetic: The Level 1 trauma hospital where I work has forbidden anyone in the ED or OR to take pictures or video of anything that is not going to be officially entered into the medical record, after the legal department found that pictures of patients were being shared (pics of people involved in spectacular car accidents that made the news, knives sticking out of limbs or chests, weird/funny/disgusting tattoos, etc.) If it is found that you obtained an unauthorized image, you're fired, even if the patient cannot be identified in the picture/video, and even if you didn't share or publish the picture/video.Every large hospital has a legal department, and I'd guess they feel the same way.TL;DR[400x268 from http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_ih1gsItSIGQ/TPH_DehSnKI/AAAAAAAAAjk/pIOH9ili R-o/s400/012906630.jpg image 400x268]
