Duh, you're supposed to hook them in for an entire degree, then let the job market fail them. Let the government supply vast amounts of loan money to students too. THAT'S how you 3) profit.

All the same, USA still only has the second most farked up colony in Africa. France still rules with the Central African Republic.
 not really a colony. we just shipped all the Blacks back to Africa that would go. (they weren't really African-Americans in them days). funny side note, a lot of the former black American slaves looked down on their African cousins and set-up their own plantation society. see
