Clearly, AG Schneiderman is not happy with only having received $12,500 in donations from Trump and wants to extort more.

'They meet on Thursday evening. I get sued by this A.G. Schneiderman, I get sued on Saturday at one o'clock. Think of it. What government agency in the history of this country has ever brought a suit on a Saturday? I never heard of such a thing,' Trump said.

Government is inefficient, but they can bring a lawsuit in one working day.  Sounds legit.

How in the world does a silver-spoon douchelord manage to run so many instances of bankruptcy yet
manage to convince a potential of some ~40-50% of this nation's voting audience  that he is both
a successful and qualified businessman and worthy of listening to on politics/business issues?

I think there's a sort of "ivory tower effect" in play here. If people think you have enough money or influence to crush them, they'll be afraid to tell you that the thing on your head looks like a dead marmot.

I'd believe it.  Name me a President who  hasn't insisted on being personally involved in snake-oil education fraud cases.  It's a little known fact that this sort of thing is close to 85% of the President's job and has been since at least the 1920s.

Fits right in with the psychic lawsuit thread from yesterday. If you are dumb enough to pay $30k for a bunch of trump lectures then you got what you paid for, nothing. Now go out and invest in some Justin Beiber gift cards and don't read that part about the fees.

I want to meet one of these d-bags that thought the 'Trump University' was going to help them.  Clearly they are people who don't know how to do research and find out the guy whose name is in the title has filed for bankruptcy, what, 4-5 times.  He is also more famous for being a giant publicity seeking asshole than a real businessman at this point in his life.  I want to meet them so I never use them for anything related to my money.

I know it's just for trolling purposes and making money off of adclicks and derpguzzlers. I know. But it still makes me so goddamn angry that we pay attention to people like this, and that a good segment of society takes people like this seriously.

I've been watching The West Wing from start to finish (still can't believe I never saw the show), and I really wish we lived in that fantasy world where serious and brilliant people did the right thing for the nation and rose beyond "MY TEAM GOOD - YOUR TEAM BAD" crap.

/Great show.

Can we still laugh about that time Obama pre-empted the finale of Celebrity Apprentice - at which it was rumoured Trump was going to announce his candidacy - for the Bin Laden announcement?

Because I don't think I've ever seen real-life trolling that accomplished.

Because.......some people are very stupid.

It is amazing how that answer can apply to so many questions.

I've often heard that Obama is thin-skinned and petty, but this is really pushing the limits of good governance. This is on the same level as that time he decided to have the death of Bin Laden coincide with the finale of the Apprentice. The nerve of this guy, going out of his way to so epically troll this great American businessman, is a pretty good representation of how he feels about all job creators. I'm pretty sure this lawsuit will amount to nothing, since we can't all be affirmative action presidents. I would go so far as to say that this is the final nail in the coffin of Obama's stale presidency, although he's welcome to run for the position of cell block President when he arrives in Gitmo. I'm pretty sure he'd win, since he's been the shadow leader of al-Qaida all along. Based on this fact alone he must not be underestimated, because when he sent Nidal Hassan to commit his act of workplace violence he always knew he'd be running for this position when great americans like Donald Trump connected the dots.

The Donald is just angry because this suit is taking time and attention away from his law suit against Scotland for not taking some guy's farm away from him and for putting up wind turbines and thus ruining the view from the Donald's golf course and the hotel he hasn't built yet.

Sadly, it isn't a wig.
It's hair from the side and/or back of his head that has been grown out long enough to flap over his head a couple of times in a pathetic attempt to hide his baldness. An extreme combover, if you will.

Two factors:

First, they believe the lie of American social mobility, that you can start with nothing and become The Boss.

Second, they know that despite his many, many bankruptcies he's still rich, ergo he must know something (because they don't believe in the aristocracy principle).

Since it only rises to the level of "mini" IRS, this scandal rates a mere four and a half Benghazis.

And to think, while RVD and Trips are doing their part to just entertain us, Trump is trying to do things that actually affect the whole country, including previous presidential teases.

Good thing there's no reason to take him seriously.

Universityusually denotes a school that offers full undergraduate and graduate programs, while colleges usually offer more narrow programs and may have no graduate studies at all.

'University' has a pretty tight definition that Trumps school simply does not meet.

In short, giving certificate courses doesn't count. you have to issue both BAs and MAs/PhDs
