"Micro-pig" ?
I think the term you are looking for is "baby pig".
I know a guy that owns a Bull Mastiff that only weighs 20 pounds.
It's less than 3 months old though.

I'd imagine there is probably some type of financial compensation they could chase, but but it probably wouldn't be worth it and I doubt they got the sale on paper.

A micro pig is a specific breed.  They don't "grow up".  What this woman bought was obviously a piglet.

if I ever let my gf/wife decorate the house like that, just blow up the house.  C4, syntec, whatever.  Add ball bearings for added destruction.  At that point I'll be catatonic in the hospital, anyway.

///odd, guess it really is obscure, seeing as the quote and the actor who said it didn't produce squat in GIS

There's no way that's a healthy weight even for a pig.

2013-08-26 01:19:13 AM
If you use the word "stones" in reference to an object's weight, you should be beaten with a meter stick.

Ok, I'll bite: Which one is the pig?

Is catfish wrapped in bacon delicious?

Also, piglet does not equal "micro-pig"

This is a bit large, but not unbelievably large for a "micro-pig".

It's easier for them since all their stones have the same weight.

I don't know how healthy it is but some pigs are 400 to 600 pounds.

2013-08-26 01:27:30 AM
Wow, all pets really do end up looking like their owners. I bet that really was a micro-pig when it was born.

2013-08-26 01:29:57 AM
That pig looks really overweight, even for a pig.  Thing looks like it can barely walk without dragging along the ground.  If it wasn't overweight, it would probably be within the range (if on the high end) of what a micro-pig can reach. (see phibb's post)

When saying to yourself "200 pounds isn't micro!" try and remember that domestic pigs, depending on breed, can reach 700-900 pounds, with extreme cases well above 1000 pounds.

Better not piss that thing off, it'll kill and eat her.  She should start feeding it beer, alcoholic pigs are hilarious when they're shiatfaced.

Cagey B, you need to caption that pic with your Orwell quote, it would be perfect.  You have two days, then I'm gonna do it and claim the idea as my own.  Because that shiat is some top-drawer funny.

She had one put over on her all right. That is not one of the minature asian breeds. That is an English pig. I am not English, nor do I play one on TV, but I have seen a few English pigs and I can tell by the pixels that this spotty number is an old breed.

Indeed, I am not an expert in pig breeds, but Wikipedia has a list with photos, and I would venture a guess that this pig is a Glouchestersire Old Spot.

I love little baby piggies but I worked with a lady who got one of those lil' vietnamese pot bellied pigs, he got to be about 50 lbs, if memory serves and her family felt so bad they couldn't eat bacon.

50 lb pig not so cute, 15 lb pig really cute.  Only if I can trade in one of the rat dogs for one.  But still, the hooves, they're pretty sharp.

And, I'd still eat bacon, just not in front of the pig.  Love my turtle too and have never had the desire to eat turtle soup but that's illegal here in the States anyway so he's got that goin' for him.

I think so (citation needed, too lazy and drunk to find one, sry).

Terripins are still considered endangered or at least threatened in most parts of the US.   But, heck with it, I own a Red Eared Slider and they are thought of as an invasive species in parts of the South from the scant bit of what I've read.  Maybe I could make soup out of Henry if I moved down South.  Tons of people hate snapping turtles and I can't say I blame them, but Henry likes me, only because I feed him.  I don't think I could really make a soup or souffle out of him without a nervous breakdown and a year and day of mourning for him.   He has a few qualities lacking in the best dogs that I've owned, and can't count to potatoe, so I guess it makes him a bit smarter than a recent co-worker who just got canned.

Not unless you're souping an endangered turtle. For example, a common snapping turtle is a 99% legal, tasty soup in progress. An alligator snapping turtle, OTOH, is a much less probably legal, tasty soup in progress. Native vs invasive species obviously plays into it.

Wat. Turtle soup is not only legal, but a go-to item on many menus, especially in places like New Orleans. And we're talking fine dining, not Cletus' BBQ hut outside Baton Rouge.

Ah so....I need to go to New Orleans for Turtle Soup then made with real turtles, yes?  I've eaten alligator and rattlesnake, elk, deer and other forest creatures.  Is it worth the trip or no?  I mean, we can make bacon anywhere, but turtle soup is supposed to be a big deal to those who haven't had it.  Will it make me weep with joy or cry with the shame?
