Scientists suggest building a massive shield in space, which would absorb excess amount of solar rays, stabilize climate and save the entire human kind of the most dangerous threat such as Global Warming.

And the only way to get in or out is by knowing the secret codes.

"That's the kind of combination an idiot would have on his luggage."

Necessity is the mother of invention. If we need to fix a problem, we'll fix it.

Of course, US taxpayers will pick up the tab.

Why do people believe the melting of polar ice is going to make the oceans rise? The only ice that will make the oceans rise is the ice on LAND becuase all the ice in the water if it melts is already in the water and no displacement has occured...

OH wait!

OMG WE ARE ALL GONNA DROWN FROM ALL THE ICE IN THE WATER MELTING! OMG MY ICE WATER GLASS OVERFLOWS WHEN THE ICE MELTS!

Now I am in with the media! Please ignore my above statments.

If global warming is being caused by us we should know by now that whatever we do we'll only fark things up even more.

If global warming is being caused by mother nature then let mother nature have its way. It'll find it's balance if we would just leave it alone.

This takes over as the stupidest headline I've ever seen. Could have at least gone with a Vic Mackey reference. Or maybe a tampon take.

According to the scientists' plans, hundreds and thousands of metal "rubbish" will be dumped in the upper atmospheric layers

Oh yeah - that sounds like a GREAT idea...

Yeah the countdown has start folks, everything's all nice and calm and then all of the sudden the end of the world is coming. Before you even know it it's going to be like 3-2-1 SUDDENLY SUSAN!

......and once again, Pravda is on the scene first!!!

First the unintelligle magician/psychic story, and now spacejunk umbrellas.

Is it me, or are the Russians cornering the market on "Bad news stories that no one wants to read"?

Remember folks, with global warming it's really the expansion of the water which causes the waters to rise rather than the melting of the ice.

Maybe because one of the icecaps is on a large uninhabited continent? I don't really buy into the rising ocean apocalypse feared by enviromentalists, though.

...moron. You probably don't understand why I'm calling you a moron. ICE FLOATS! That's why we're able to walk on the arctic!

And next time you fill your glass with ice water, fill it to the rim. Once it's filled, press on the ice. If there is no more displacement, then you shouldn't have to worry about it overflowing. Oh right...it's the weight from your finger that's throwing water all over the place!

If this fails, at least they have Yarnell to fall back on. Although not as powerful as a two-pronged "Clinker" attack, the mime abilities of a Yarnell are not to be ignored.

Ice is denser than water. You would need a glass the size of Lithuania to illustrate this.
