Typically contractors will rush the job and smooth over all the details just to get the job done early to earn the bonus, then come back and fix all the problems at a later date. It will take years to shake all the problems out of that vessel.

HotWingAgenda: And, as noted . . . the interior, and most of the exterior, of an in-service nuclear attack sub is usually highly classified. The Navy let the photographers see about as much as they would ave seen just from standing on the dock.
