Theaetetus: Of course, while we're all laughing at the thought of Scalia playing Call of Duty, we're glossing over the fact that the Justices admitted that they know nothing about modern technology and rely on snot-nosed new law school graduates to write their opinions.

RTFA:  They actually investigated the games themselves.  Then they handed down a 7 to 2 ruling saying California was wrong to attempt to ban the sale of violent video games to minors.  Scalia wrote the majority opinion.

Ah, but I don't capitalize dittybopper on purpose.  It's an e e cummings sort of thing.  Besides which, 'ditty bopper' is a profession, not an actual name.

I also don't capitalize distaffbopper and littlebopper, my Fark names for my wife and son respectively, by extension to dittybopper.  It would seem jarring to capitalize them while not capitalizing my own nom du Fark.

But you DID, however, capitalize on other's unsecured message traffic. What do you have to say about that?

Dante Hicks: The man is bleeding to death and you're getting into a semantics argument?
Randal Graves: Man, name brand word association is one of the more subtle threats to this nation's free trade. It gives the larger, well-known companies an unfair advantage. I'm doing my part to keep the playing field level by weaning people off referring to generic products with brand names.
