Strongbeerrules: Worked at a poultry plant in the 90's.  Chicken weiners, baby food and pate came from ground up heads and intestinal tracts from the birds.

Personally, I'm glad to find that out.  At least we know that we're utilizing the entire chicken.  Using the heads and entrails in foods means that for a given amount of chicken-based foods produced, fewer chickens need to be raised and slaughtered.  Not only does that result in fewer resources being used, it also results in lower prices for the consumer.
