If it's catsup, it's rodent fur.  Ketchup is wolf hair.

I just discovered Heinz jalapeno ketchup, I don't need to hear this!

Real ketchup should need to be spooned out of the jar.

Even worse...that's not rodent fur. It was this fur-back minimum wage worker, Pedro.

Worked at a poultry plant in the 90's.  Chicken weiners, baby food and pate came from ground up heads and intestinal tracts from the birds.

Bon Appetit.

MAKE SURE RODENT FUR IS WASHED BEFORE ADDING TO KETCHUP.

Personally, I'm glad to find that out.  At least we know that we're utilizing the entire chicken.  Using the heads and entrails in foods means that for a given amount of chicken-based foods produced, fewer chickens need to be raised and slaughtered.  Not only does that result in fewer resources being used, it also results in lower prices for the consumer.

If the power of advertising can turn slow-pouring ketchup into a feature, not a bug, I'm sure it can do the same for rat fur.

Well there's rat cake ... rat sorbet ... rat pudding ... or strawberry tart.
Strawberry tart?
Well, it's got some rat in it.
How much?
Three (rather a lot really).
well, I'll have a slice without so much rat in it.

Ketchup is a disgusting, sugary condiment for children and no adult human being should be eating it anyway, so I fail to see how this could possibly take off.

This. I'd rather have Heinz with a full dead rodent in the bottle than ever consider putting Hunt's on my fries.

If you just throw the whole bottle away you don't have to wait and it's much cleaner.

The U. S. Department of Agriculture has increased the amount of insect parts and rodent hairs allowed in food from the previous 30 parts or one hair per gram to 100 parts or three hairs per gram, but the increases are allowed only every seventh and eighth year.
Allowable insect parts include semen, heads, antennae, legs, eggs, and maggots. Rodent hairs may come from any rodent, including rats, mice, and squirrels.

That was in 2007. Next year there'll be even more "animal byproducts" in US food. And you thought it was the nuts that made it crunchy.

What real home made ketchup has a consistency closer to salsa than to store ketchup.
