Who can I call to start extracting royalties?

That's what I was wondering: the article mentions possible legal troubles but completely ignores the copyright angle.
I doubt any of the dick pics (solicited or unsolicited) were accompanied by a license file allowing for the distribution, public display and commercial use of the picture.
And if it wasn't a selfie, it might violate the copyrights of someone who wasn't involved at all.

Like I have posted here before mine is already in a book called "Dicks" as I was approached at an art exhibition and asked to be photographed non-erect and erect. At first I was slightly reluctant and then when I was told they would help me become erect I was really reluctant, because this took place on the third date of the lady I was with. It was only after my date expressed excitement over the idea that I agreed. I soon found out that my date enjoyed both sexes as I had suspected.

The My Little Pony Killer: So sending the dick pic isn't scary, but thinking that the person you sent it to will do something besides laugh at how pathetic you are and then delete it is?

/protip: DON'T SEND DICK PICS IF YOU DON'T WANT OTHERS TO SEE IT

Duh, that's why I send them. :p

DammitIForgotMyLogin: If they were just displaying pictures that people had sent to them unsolicited, then i'd applaud them for finding a really amusing way to deal with the sort of asshat who does that.

But they're not, some of them they specifically asked for, after flirting with the guys and leading them on, and that makes them scumbags.

No. It makes the stupid assholes who took pics of their dicks the real scumbags because they a: weren't smart enough to figure out selfies live and populate the internet forever, and b: succumbed to their own narcissism.

Chinchillazilla: A friend and I briefly ran a blog where we just posted screencaps of unsolicited dicks we got on Omegle. So friggin' many unsolicited dicks.

/the key word is "unsolicited", though

Which means you came across as an easy, sleazy indiscriminating cooze, passively inviting dick pics.

Kind of, but turn it around. A bunch of male artists trick females into taking selfies and use the selfies to create an art exhibit? The media would be on fire much as it was with those "revenge" web sites.
