I fail to see the "periodicity" of the table.

Angry Drunk Bureaucrat: I fail to see the "periodicity" of the table.

I fail to see the table for the relatively small image and no link to a larger one.

I think I've seen about 300 different variants of that in dorm rooms back in the day.  How original of you, Shortlist.

This.

Arranging things in a grid does not create a periodic table.  It's cute, sure.  But with some work and thought, it could be awesome.

Stop taking cool ideas and executing on them with neolithic incompetence.

That's a "periodic" table of mixed drinks.  And it fails because I don't see slivovitz anywhere on it.  Not that I can ever see slivovitz without my stomach doing a backflip ever since that Yugoslavian wedding I've been told I went to.

Jesus, really?  Go a little down the page and click on the second pic.

You can't read the fine print on that image either or did I miss something?

Can't read it either. The source link doesn't link to the picture at all and seems more like a freaking ad. Everything about that page pissed me off, especially watching my iPad redraw the entire page multiple times. There's no reason for that crap.

'Voice-activated popcorn maker'?

Isn't that, 'Hey you, make me some popcorn!'?

Lemme guess: this is another one of those "periodic tables" in which every item is just sort of haphazardly thrown on with no real connection to the others around it. Right?

Angry Drunk Bureaucrat: I fail to see the "periodicity" of the table.

Or "what he said".

I came here to automatically complain the same thing, but I don't think this one is all that terrible.

A few of the columns are out of order (vodka should be far right, wine should be far left, and gin should be just to the right of brandy.), but they actually seem to get that going down means one thing, and going across means another.

Apologies if I assumed you were lazy and didn't scroll down to see the 2nd one.  I had no problem reading the fine print on that one.  Example: #40 Boilermaker 9.78% (alc content), says "beer" in lower left corner.  Maybe it has something to do with screen resolution, how big it makes the pic?  I'm on a 1920x1080 monitor and it does more than fill the screen vertically, need to scroll to see it all, no horizontal scroll.

I agree.  There is no reason to use that crap, meaning an ipad.  ;)

Periodic Table of Mixed Drinks would be a more accurate title.

Saw the small pic and came to complain about the lack of the "plug" tag. Now I don't have to. Thanks.
