If you have that winning smile, charm, wit, or the magic touch, we will fall in love with you and keep you. You don't have to outweigh us, just be nice and respect us and it's all good. Few women expect an Atlas or Achilles in their bed, and while it's nice, well. We just don't expect it. Be fat, be skinny. Carth: 5 miles a day sounds doable even with a family. Even at 8 minute miles that is only 40 minutes of exercise a day.
freewill: This is absolutely true. My own CSB: it started simple. I wanted to a lose a little weight, so I started a calorie deficit, reduced my carbs, gave up soda, hit the treadmill. Then I read about the weight loss benefits of resistance training, and before I knew it, adding a variety of bodyweight exercises to my routine, I'd lost more weight than I'd intended, gone down two sizes, and thought I had better start packing on lean muscle to avoid becoming "skinny fat".The bodyweight exercises, with my reduced bodyweight, were too easy. I needed weights. As I started seeing results, I started with the protein supplements. A breakfast of whey powder in my oatmeal evolved into oatmeal in my whey powder. Protein powder in my coffee. Protein powder in Greek Yogurt. Protein powder in homemade ice cream. What began with sets of 5 reps turned into 12. I bought a power cage.I never thought it could happen to me, but now I'm leading a gang of homosexuals across the wasteland, killing settlers for their gasoline. I don't know how to stop.
