Is the ironic tag taking a nap? From what I can gather, the PSA should have been about how to escape a car fire in 2013.

That's the one, but I can't find it on youtube.  I remember the dog and that Dick Van Dyke had fake flames stuck to his sweater.

I remember this PSA growing up in chicago.  WWOR was pre-WGN.  Also grew up when channel 32 was just WFLD, not fox.  You non-chicagoans don't know good TV growing up
