Where the hell is Neenah?

2013-08-20 09:10:49 AM
Another employee told officer Jacob Saari that Justine was Justine Boyd, a coworker who had returned to her cash register and resumed working after shooting Goffard with a handgun

Well she didn't want to lose her job.

Should have known she was nutz just from the fact she worked at wal mart.

/Props to her for going back to work, tho she might have a "bat shiat crazy" defense from just going back to working the register after getting all shooty.

Ha!  Only Wisconsiners will get that.

Are you kidding me? Only in Wisconsin? We see more ridiculous and dumber stories than this coming out of Florida on a daily basis.

Now if it had been a story about how one deer hunter shot another one because they forgot the beer when they went out to the ol' hunting cabin, then you can pull the "Only in Wisconsin" bullshiat subby.

Boyd's husband told investigators his wife had asked him, "How many times should you shoot someone if you want to take them down," and he told her, "Two in the chest and one in the head."

I'm glad very responsible people like this own several weapons.

Yeah, what I was going to say. This definitely sounds like classic Florida.

Typical woman.  Can't follow simple directions.

If people had the first clue about how many of the employees at WalMart were among the moderate to high-functioning mentally ill, they might think twice about shopping there.

If it had been Montana, they would have just gone on break so they could pour some whiskey from the liquor display on the wound and dig the bullet out with a pliers from the hardware department.

That would have required him to voluntarily converse with his wife.

I'm seriously shocked that there aren't more Walmart shootings and that the phrase "Going postal" hasn't been replaced with "Doing the full Walmart". The guns and ammo are right there. The employees are nearly all at the end of their rope financially and Walmart  famously loves to fark with them. The Waltons all have armed guards and live in heavily fortified compounds with fencing and guard towers. How is it that there aren't more shootings? Heart attacks by locked in employees, workers shooting shoplifters, rapes in the parking lot and Black Friday Tramplings but no mass shootings. Amazing.

Same thing with bankers, politicians, and CxOs.  I'm glad we are civilized, but damn there are a lot of crazy people out there.

Also in court documents, Boyd's husband told authorities his wife usually carries a gun and ammunition on her in a concealed pocket of her shirt.

Well, at least she had a permit. Another responsible gun owner.

I've kind of wondered if Wisconsin gets far more than its fair share of stories greenlighted on Fark.

Obviously, its less than the obvious population centers like California, NYC (which seems to be a daily item), Florida and Detroit (Michigan doesn't get much highlighted as far as I can tell).

But for a small midwest state it seems to appear on Fark a lot more than other states like Ohio, Minnesota or Illinois (excluding Chicago).
