bdub77: It's a great accomplishment, one I would never want to personally do, but let's be perfectly honest, when you are rich like this guy and can afford to take the time to really train and pretty much train as a full time job (and he probably had trainers and other help) you can do an Ironman in good time.There's nothing really magical about doing an Ironman, other than putting in the effort to train for it. Keep your weight down, successfully avoid injury, rest often, and know the training plan. My brother in law who is now close to 40 has does them in around 10 hours, and he works 50hrs a week.
