SmackLT: I've never understood people that dwell on things like this and consider kids to be this unimaginable burden. Yeah, kids can be frustrating and yes, they upset the life you had before you were a parent. But if that life is so important to you, DON'T HAVE KIDS. Or wait a few years first, make sure you've done what you want to do. There are a multitude of birth control options available, and viewing your kids as whiny, disruptive annoyances is going to undermine your job as a parent.
Nana's Vibrator: If you suck at basic time management, I can understand why you suck so bad at raising your kids. Get it together. If you're specifically talking about toddlers, toddlers sleep 10 to 12 hours overnight and usually nap 1-2 hours during the day. That gives you somewhere between 3 and 6 hours to do what you need/want. If you think that's tough, just wait a couple more years. You just MIGHT end up in prison.
