American stupidity - at least it's funny.

I make that mistake all the time. I also mistake plumbers putty for C-4.

In all fairness, Xyclon B was used as a Polish remover.

Has subby ever smelled nail polish remover?  Not that far-fetched.

Or maybe the wind was blowing in from Jamaica bay.

Mother of god.

Here's how you know the difference: if it really was VX, you wouldn't have time to smell it before bodies started hitting the floor. It kills quick.

I might prefer the nerve gas.

Who want to perform an erection check at the postal facility? Some of them were probably drooling already.

Well, DUH.  Nail Polish Remover has the same initials as National Public Radio, a known terrorist organization.  Do the math and study it out!

I like the smell of organic solvents.

Yeah subby, the terrorists totally didn't win back after 9/11, when scared pants-shiatters and their political owners started dismantling the Constitution for fun and profit.

Acetone,  Ethyl Acetate, orAcetonitrile, organic solvents used in nail polish removers, all have strong odors. Nail polish remover often has additives to "mask" the smell of the active ingredient. Some people have a very low tolerance for certain odors.

What better way to get the afternoon off that to cause a huge stink???

FTFM.

Quick contact CVS and get the owner of the nail polish arrested on terrorism charges.

Try getting on a plane with a bottle of Diesel cologne. You will learn how dumb the TSA is, and you won't walk right for a week.

You mean it isn't nerve gas?

Genius. Pure genius.

How much do you want to bet the person had delusions of grandeur? "If I spot a nerve gas and save millions of people, I'll be a hero!"

Whenever I see that someone reported "respiratory distress" when they smelled everyday, ordinary chemicals, and then are "treated at the scene" I envision some EMT rolling his eyes, smacking them on the back of the head and muttering "pussies".

What a dumb acetone.

I remember years ago on TDS John Stewert put for the Seal for the dept of Homeland security an eagle pissing itself. More and more I think that should be the great seal for the country.

The woman behind me in the theater Wednesday was wearing nerve gas.

As far as terrorists "changing America", we're kind of getting past that now.

Getting searched before boarding a plane doesn't really irritate me.  Never had a problem doing it. Takes no time.
Having my email read doesn't bother me since it's never been secure in the first place.  Don't say anything stupid.
Having my phone tapped doesn't really bother me since I always assumed it was.  Don't say anything stupid.

If anything I'd say we're ahead, since everyone video records cops now.

As far as who is "winning a war", perhaps we could count how many of our tanks are on their streets, versus how many of theirs are on ours.

If the person doing the test survives without symptoms, I'd say the test is questionable

/symptoms include drainage from ALL orifices along with twitching and convulsions.
//within a few seconds of releasing the agent.

"Nail polish" or poppers?  I don't use poppers, but I don't have an issue with people who do.  All I know is, when I have seen poppers for sale around here, they're always in bottles proclaiming them to be nail polish remover.

2013-08-16 10:54:38 PM
Poppers are nasty.

If you want to party and play, there are several better ways of doing it.

Okay, subby, just how long is someone supposed to play "What's that aroma?" on an unknown substance before deciding that "it's just nail polish"?
