F*ck you, A-Rod. F*ck you and your pathetic attempt to distract baseball from your career-long violation of the spirit of baseball.

2013-08-16 10:50:15 AM
I'll be the happiest person in the world if I never see this piece of human debris' name in print ever again.

2013-08-16 10:50:24 AM
But he's such a likeable guy...

2013-08-16 10:51:30 AM
I'm starting to get the feeling that Mr. Rodriguez is a tiny bit of a douchebag.

2013-08-16 10:54:19 AM
May he be ostracized and shunned from the sport and never heard from, or about, again.

2013-08-16 10:56:30 AM
Typical Yankee douchebaggery.

2013-08-16 10:57:28 AM
200+ games isn't enough.

2013-08-16 10:57:57 AM
I thought we knew this?

2013-08-16 10:58:07 AM
i kinda hope he rats out every player on the yankees, just to stick it to them while he's suspended without pay

mikaloyd: Typical Yankee douchebaggery.

No, this is extraordinary Yankee douchebaggery, George Steinbrenner-level stuff.

2013-08-16 10:59:33 AM
By the time his appeal is heard he's already going to be working on a lifetime ban and possible prison sentence.

2013-08-16 11:00:30 AM
Throwing your own teammate under the bus.  That's cold, dude.

2013-08-16 11:01:19 AM

The Crepes of Wrath: 200+ games isn't enough.

He deserves a lengthy suspension, I'm thinking 3 or even 5 games.

2013-08-16 11:04:01 AM
And this, ladies and gentlemen, is why the Hall of Fame has a character clause.

His lawyers and MLBPA may be correct that the 211 game suspension is arbitrary and unjustified by a first offence PED violation.  However, if he did impede/obstruct MLB's investigation, then he should have been permabanned by the Commissioner.  I understand Selig not wanting to trigger a confrontation with the players...and maybe having them ALL appeal their suspensions...but evading the issue and postponing any resolution on ARod until November is more damaging to baseball than a dozen other juiced players finishing the season.

2013-08-16 11:09:08 AM
Baseball has the Mendoza Line for futility at the plate.  I propose a Canseco Line for futility in being a human being.  Arod just dipped below the Canseco Line

2013-08-16 11:11:54 AM
I don't get the outrage over this. You want the sport clean, A-Rod is helping you clean it up. He should get time off his suspension for helping MLB catch those others.

What Selig is hoping for is that the long, slow drip of A-Rod's actions turns the players so against A-Rod and steroid users that the players demand stiffer punishment in the offseason.

Their careers parallel scarily, right down to both dating Madonna. I'm just waiting for a ball to bounce off A-Rod's head and over the fence for a homerun.

is it really a surprise that douche-rod would do anything to save the only thing he cares about - himself

Much better than the "A-Rod is a victim" troll.

A-Rod best watch his back, Jewish gangs are ready to bring down the Hebrew Hammer to avenge Braun.

fark that guy too.

You know the longer this goes on and the more that's revealed, the more I think that Darwin really hates A-Rod.

2013-08-16 11:38:45 AM
Good luck in the clubhouse today, douche

2013-08-16 11:41:00 AM
If A-Rod led to that lying weasel Braun getting caught, good on him!

WhiskeySticks: A-Rod best watch his back, Jewish gangs are ready to bring down the Hebrew Hammer to avenge Braun.

It's not the Jewish gangs he should worry about (they probably want to disown Braun after his lying). A-Fraud is about to go into Fenway Park, into that tiny visitors clubhouse with teammates who now know that he'll throw "his brothers" under the bus to protect himself. Oh, and the Red Sox don't like him either.

A-Fraud needs to worry about his teammates and the other players doing something to him, I think.

God, what are you going to do when all this A-Rod stuff is old news and there aren't anymore of these threads for you to wank it to?

2013-08-16 11:51:26 AM
Bud, will you just go Operation Codename:  Pete Rose on this farkstick already?

2013-08-16 11:51:44 AM
Can we nuke this farker from orbit already?

I'd be perfectly OK with the Yankees firing him and paying his complete contract. He's such a POS, and it's news like all the garbage A-Rod has been involved in that has turned me off to watching the Yankees as long as he's around.

Wouldn't it be kind of hard for MLB to say he impeded an investigation if he provided them with names of other juicers?

This weekend's series should be fun.

Oh that's already happening.  Johnny Gomes said he had trouble with A-Rod still being able to play this weekend.  Why, yes, that would be the same Johnny Gomes who took so many amphetamines he had a heart attack at 22.  But remember, steroids bad!

Why do the Red Sox have to slump NOW?

I wished him ill will and failure ever since he put on pinstripes. Can he please go away now? Douche.

Can't wait for the massive Fenway boos

Apparently he didn't think he already had enough votes to be named Asshole Of The Year and this was his October surprise.  Alex, you already had the votes.

Oh PLEASE let the Yankees get at least to the ALCS.  PLEASE

I can't get this timeline straight. Did he rat on the players before he told every kid he met at the burn ward that Santa isn't real, or was it after he flashed a pic of naked 60 year old Madonna at a press conference which caused an effect similar to the pie eating contest in stand by me?

Same.

Baseball needs to just give Bud Selig A-Rod a lump-sum payoff, and tell him he's not welcome any more. As much for his own safety as for the "integrity" of the game.

He also gives out apples to trick-or-treaters.

This is what I am wondering, too? Did he obstruct the investigation, or is he a rat?

Come on, Selig, get your shiat together. It's not even hard to get people to hate A-Rod.

So the other guys are Ok for cheating and A-Rod is a dirtbag for saying "Yeah, me, sure, but them too?"

I don't like A-Rod either but give me a farking break.

Then they'll just call the lifetime ban 'witness protection'.

Can they just release all the names on all the lists they have and we can move forward.  Do it after the World Series.  Eat shiat for a while and then start the next season anew.  I know it will never happen.
