Maine news.  We used to get WLBZ.  Very hard hitting ...  "Dog struck on I-95!  News at 11!"  Also, Maine has to be the house fire capital of the world.  Based on the news I saw, I would guest-i-mate that every house in the state has burned down at least three times.

Naw. Reality is, so many homes in Maine are over a hundred years old and very poorly built. Add to that the low average income and high percentage of elderly people, and you get a lot of forgetful people burning wood to stay warm.
