Don't worry. As more and more women enter higher levels of the corporate world they will have plenty of opportunities to prove they are just as horrible as men.

I hope they're not cat burglars. That could be dangerous.

Martha Stewart wasn't convicted on any of the fraud charges, they got her on lying to the FBI.

They're less likely to be recruited to join in on a conspiracy cause they're emotional, unpredictable and crazy. You make them mad and they'll turn on you in a second.

I prefer to see women bumping up against glass shower doors.

"Women Still Less Likely To Commit Corporate Fraud "

its probably easier and smarter to date someone in that position and entice them to commit it instead.

They should be more worried about cleaning the glass ceiling.

That's horrible?  What the fark did I just read.

ChipNASA, I think you've got the right idea.

I'm all for women making it above the glass ceiling, especially the women wearing skirts.

That scene had the worst acting in the entire two movies. I still cringe when I think of it. Thanks.

Yeah, but they're also much less likely to wind up in prison for the same crimes as men, so it's a wash.

I presume this analysis was conducted on corporate fraud attempts that failed.

Perhaps men just get caught because they have a need for dick-waving, bragga-douchery, and women are just really good at committing fraud as a result of being cold, calculating, and precise.

cause they don't have the balls to do it.

Even in crime, women are still bumping up against a glass ceiling. Women are less likely to be a part of conspiracies to commit corporate fraud, and when do commit fraud, they tend to receive less money than their male counterparts, according to a study in the American Sociological Review.

Because participating in a conspiracy requires you to keep your mouth shut?

Right, wrong idea; who cares? It's a GOOD one.

Question: are they counting only the women in the private sector or are they including the women working in small town government jobs?  There sure are a lot of women getting busted for stealing large sums of money from their townships.  I haven't heard of one guy trying that same scheme.
