It's odd for a writer to put his TL;DR at the top rather than the bottom. "The sighting was reported on a UFology website by a witness known only as Alex." pretty much summed up the rest of the article.

Which ball?   The Quaffle, Bludgers or the Golden Snitch?

Quiddich...? Now, I'm not the biggest Harry Potter fan but isn't "Quiddich ball shaped" the same as "round"

The books and the movies describe the bludgers as round.   The books describe the quaffle as round as well though the movies depict it with four large dimples (grips?).     The snitch is small and spherical with silver (in the book) or gold (in the movie) wings.

It's a streetlight?

I've never understood why it's considered attractive to look like a prepubescent girl.

I'm not going to say that this is one of the worst examples of "journalism" I've ever encountered, but it was aliens.

I dunno why, but the stock photo and the straight to the point line "UFO" underneath cracked me up.

I would venture to say an overwhelming majority of UFO sightings are observations of ball lightning or other related electromagnetic atmospheric phenomenon.

This reads like a "What I did on my summer vacation" report from a 7th grader with ADD.

Harlow to London (Stansted) Airport is about 10 miles as the UFO flies

It wouldn't break the sound barrier if it was made of photons.

Like I'm gonna trust the word of some nutjob who doesn't even know the difference between a "meteor" and a "meteorite".

Came here to say the same thing.

What a terrible game. 15x the points for catching the snitch? How has a team never showed up with 6 seekers and a keeper and slapped the whole league around?

Are they celebrating the demise of He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named again?

You either read the wrong vowel, or there are anatomical and possibly mechanical problems with the women you date, or both.

Ned Stark: What a terrible game. 15x the points for catching the snitch?

Agreed.  Granted, the real purpose of the game is for readers to see how awesome Harry is, but that could easily have been accomplished with a game that involves genuine teamwork instead of a bunch of background stuff that happens before Harry gets the snitch and wins the game.

You're too young to know about things like that.

It's the UFO from Mulder's "I Want To Believe" poster. Made me laugh too.
