How about no? How about not screwing with celestial objects and their gravitational paths for freaking profit? TFA says that an event that could endanger all of humanity would be rare. Know what else was rare? Having a concrete component of a deep water oil rig fail and shoot miles of crude oil in the oceans. I'm not trusting these asshats to not screw up and land an asteroid into Brazil.

You want it? Buy a ship, train a crew, load the equipment, and go get it.
