TOPEKA, KS-Planned Parenthood announced Tuesday the grand opening of its long-planned $8 billion Abortionplex, a sprawling abortion facility that will allow the organization to terminate unborn lives with an efficiency never before thought possible.

It could be true better create some headlines investigate

DeaH: And when the results come back showing that Planned Parenthood doesn't spend a dime of government fund on abortion and showing that they are the biggest and most cost-effective provider of health services in the country, I am certain Fox News will report the results with breathless integrity.

Someone will find a paperclip that was bought with tax payer dollars that was used on an abortion patient's paperwork and the outrage will be epic.

dwrash: A periodic audit of all NGO's that receive tax payer dollars is always a good thing... I don't care what services they provide.

If that were the actual reasoning behind the investigation, no one should have a problem with it. Since we all know that isn't the reason, you can go pound sand.

clkeagle: Yet the Christian-based "family planning" clinics in Virginia, who teach that condoms always fail, are still receiving taxpayer funding.

They're called "family planning" because if you go to one, plan on having a new family.

INeedAName: InmanRoshi: Cracking down on women's health/Planned Parenthood has been proven winner for Republicans/Catholic Church/Right Wing Non-Profits time and time again, and made them the hugely popular institutions with women that they are today.   What could go wrong?

The lack of access to BC and safe abortions will lead to a rise in population in poverty stricken areas, allowing the GOP to find more people to blame for the status of the nation. It's really a win-win for them!

Potentially increasing their voter base too.... Maybe they're just playing a the long game....

Xythero: TofuTheAlmighty: And when the GAO completely exonerates Planned Parenthood from all impropriety the report will be flushed down the GOP memory hole.

And upon exoneration, the GOP base will also dismiss the GAO report as another example of government dishonesty and corruption...
