That's a real nice link you got there Subby.  Be a shame if anything happened to it.

That was a kick in the balls for sure, I felt bad for the the fans at the game but happy for my Tigers.

I've hated the Indians my whole life but it sure would be nice if they would at least try to take down those bankrupt douchebags at the top of the division.

Yeah.  It was great to see Avila get to be the hero, it was a nice lift for Tigers fans on the day Peralta's suspension was announced

And this happened a year to the day since Perez blew a 3-run lead in the 10th inning by giving up 5 to the Tigers.

I'm sure if the tables were turned you wouldn't be rooting against the White Sox. Or am I not allowed to root against division rivals?

shiat, the White Sox suck this year and I'm still giddy to see them lose.  Get whatever enjoyment you can out of the game.

Slagginoff:

Just not sure what makes the Tigers bankrupt douchebags. I am sure that their is just some bitterness and jealous ness and I am probably blinded by my own fandom. I just don't see how anyone can really hate a team save the Red Sox and Yankees. Individual players yes, teams no.

Now you're trolling.  What, you don't hate the Black Hawks, White Sox, Packers, Bears, Vikings, or Ohio State?

Time to turn in your Michigan sports fan-card.

Well, the bankrupt thing is really just a jab at the city of Detroit. Other than that, I've pretty much always hated Detroit sports teams due to a certain sector of their fans that move to the North Side of Chicago and act like entitled jackasses. Not saying that's the case with you or other farkers (save for Popcorn Johnny but he's just borderline retarded). That's also not the case with everyone that moves here, but there are a good amount of loudmouths that give Michigan fans a bad name, moreso than most other fanbases.

But yes, most of it is jealousy that the Tigers are far superior to the White Sox. Coupled with the above factors I will be vehemently rooting against them. Note that I won't be accusing them of being lucky or cheating (even with the Jahonny thing) like a certain farker does when he talks about the Blackhawks.

It's interesting -- there are a bunch if transplanted Chicagoans here in West Michigan who won't farking shut up about the Cubs, Bears and Hawks. I love the city of Chicago, but god do I hate their sports teams.

I was entertained.  According to the recap, both teams and the umps went full clownshoes.

You can pin that one entirely on Pothead Perez. The Indians were awesome, farking Kipnis is incredible. The pitching from both teams was outstanding - until the top of the 9th. Great game, the next three are gonna be fun.

Now now, subby. It's not nice to remind Cleveland about the Browns and star running back Trent "Oden" Richardson. Because that would be mean.

The rain has stopped and the clouds are starting to part on the North Side. The darkness still reigns down in Lower Uncton.

So um, anyone else have this problem when linking MLB boxes? I've had three green lights where it switches the one I submitted to the very first page I was on (hence blue jays box score). I specifically went to the Indians recap to avoid this issue.

I don't know why people are such pricks when they become transplants. Of all my time spent living in other cities I've tended to keep my mouth shut about my teams unless it was an invited conversation. Even at that point transplants should know not to start shiatting all over the city they're in.

Nothing will top the punch in the stomach of the '97 Tribe for me.   Had the lead in Game 7 in the top of the 9th.   Plus, i was living in Miami at the time and had to witness the ensuing celebration in the streets.

They're already "pricks", it's just that before they moved, they were mostly surrounded by like-minded "pricks" so nobody took offense.

The problem is that, when you're viewing scores, it doesn't really change the URL. It just adds a "#<game_id" to the end. That apparently gets thrown away when clicking on the Fark link. (I don't know if that's a Fark thing or an MLB refer-check thing.) The solution is probably to delete everything from after the "index.jsp?" part up through, and including, the "#" part of the new URL, and then submit that.

violentsalvation: Yeah I know what you mean. It's also really hard to link to a specific video on MLB Must C.

You *should* just be able to use the "Link" button above the video, and cut-and-paste that link. (It can be slightly different than the actual URL in your browser.) Unless Fark is mangling something.

Getting to work this past week at Comerica was awesome. I've never seen a homestand sweep before, but I'll be hoping there's a couple more left in the Tigers. Having a front-row seat to every game and getting paid to watch Miggy and Iggy and Biggy and Mad Max and JV is kinda like a dream, y'know? And all this success is enough to keep me in a good mood... here's to another win tonight.

Right click, choose "open link in new tab" (or window).

Also works for MLB.com videos.
