Yes, Snowden, you picked the right country to seek safe harbor in.

What would happen if some Russian group played in some southern country music loving place and wiped their ass with a US flag.

Yeah, your entire point is retarded.

Ah Russia, thanks for making the US looks like it has its shiat together I guess.

all items that the band throws into the crowd must first pass through the bassist's pants.

Oh, well, if that's the policy...

Carry on.

I don't care what country you are in why people take a flag so serious is beyond me.  I could careless what happens to an American flag. Since when did the government give a shiat about me. Politicians have sold this country out and we are on the edge of an authoritarian government that has carte Blanche spying powers. Since when did it become important to care about some cheap piece of fabric, burn it, pee on it, take a dump for all I care it won't hurt me. Russia has turned into some kind of over the top hate filled place as of late and one place I will not go soon. You would think for people so drunk all the time they would be more laid back.

If you did it with a Texas flag, while in Oklahoma, you'd be fine...  As long as you did it during college football season.

Well, you can't but this band will never get a Russian visa again. Which is fine. Russia can burn in hell. Choose wisely, friends. Russian is regressing back to its despotic roots.

The band was in the Ukraine when the bassist did what he did. Which, by the way, is not something he does specifically to the Russian flag; he will do that to, literally, any piece of fabric that someone throws on stage. He doesn't pay attention to what it is; if a piece of fabric hits the stage, he grabs it, flosses his ass and then throws it back and he's been doing this for, at least, 12 years.

Though, in this case, it appears that they were trying to play on the Ukraine-Russian hostilities, since you can see them holding up a Ukrainian flag in the background of the video that was posted of the incident.

That does not sound good, Russian nationalism has been worrying me for a while now and Ukraine really shouldn't PO Russia right now.

What did you expect? "Welcome, sonny"? "Make yourself at home"? "Marry my daughter"? You've got to remember that these are just simple cossacks. These are people of the land. The common clay of the new Russia. You know... morons.

The US does it all the time. While I am disgusted with the sexual tourism that happens into parts of south east Asia, I have never under how a US citizen could be arrested for it upon return.

"foreign nationals ... who commit a crime beyond the boundaries of the Russian Federation are subject to criminal liability in line with this code if their crime is aimed against the interests of the Russian Federation or a Russian national."

God, I'm so happy I wasn't born Russian. At no point in history have they ever made as much sense as the US government, which is admittedly a really low standard.

Stupid Russians, loving their country and all. If we gave a shiat about our flag, we might not allow multinational corporations abuse our country like it were a crop.

What? Your country prosecute people all the time for crimes committed outside of your borders. They got  British kid Extradited  who was using a UK hosting provider to LINK to pirated TV shows. Kim dotcom is another one who has nothing to do with America but your facist government want to prosecute him in America.,
