Yea - guys got 13 locations...

500 grand is a drop in the bucket - a slap on the wrist

This guy was regularly poisoning patrons and ripping them off with an organized scheme - premeditated and planed

If this was some ordinary fark caught poisoning people they would be locked up...

This guy should be doing hard time  - have is liquor license taken

500 thousand feels like an insult to the people - justice wasn't served here, just another example of lenience  to the 1%...

Tyrosine: If you're a customer of TGI Fridays you deserve to get ripped off.

Translation
"If you go anywhere other than Schlomoe's deli over on 43rd st (only a 2 hour wait) or Franks House of Pizza and Tarts on the corner of Aberdeen and 7th, you are an idiot who doesn't deserve to eat"

Not everyone is a foodie who only goes to places that no one has ever heard of or places that are 'ironic'. Sometime you have a couple of crotch goblins to feed, you feel like going out, and you want to get a passable steak at a reasonable price while having a couple of cocktails. Sure, you can go to Ruth's Chris Steakhouse if you want to drop $120 bucks per person. Sure you can go to George Harrison's Pork Pie Palace that is located under a lawyer's office and only seats 12 people for the best pork pie this side of the Mississipie Delta, but sometimes you just feel like going to a chain where you know the food is at least acceptable for the price. I don't go to Olive Garden for authentic Tuscan cooking. I go there because I can get some soup, salad and breadsticks on the cheap in the 30 minutes I have for lunch.

I find myself going to a chain 1 or two times a month. So in the course of a year I'll hit Olive Garden, Applebee's, Outback, PF Changs, Ruby Tuesdays or Golden  Corral a couple times each. If I want in and out cheap Italian, I'll hit the chain. If I want really good Italian, I'll go to the greek guy (who oddly enough has really good Italian AND greek food) down the road a bit. I'll also hit the BK or McD's occasionaly because I just want to get a buger and don't feel like waiting more than a few minutes.

Don't be jerk, because you like to spend more money than every one else. I understand, in that I'll pay more money for better quality. I'm an ice cream snob. I rather pay 6 bucks for a quart and a half of really good ice cream than pay 3 bucks for a tub o' 'vanilla'. But I respect that some people don't care and just want to get some cheap ice cream for their kids who have no sense of taste yet. I only buy real vanilla extract, never that fake stuff. But, I'm not gonna sneer at someone for buying some artifical crap. If that's what they feel like having, then that's their deal. And if someone wants to go to a chain, why the hell do you care?

He should go to jail. Tampering with a food product is dangerous, especially if it was rubbing alcohol.

Who would order anything "top shelf" from TGIFridays. Bottles and burgers, or those cocktails with so much crap in them they could be virgin and you'd never know.
